Honeyed Rusty Nail

When regular Old Fashioneds bore you. When you need something sweet with a backbone. When honey meets whisky and neither backs down.
Ingredients:
- 60ML: Tinner Bros Toffee Nut Whisky
- 3 DASHES: Angostura Bitters
- 1 BARSPOON: Raw Honey (or 25ml honey syrup if you're taking shortcuts)
- ONE: Large Ice Cube
- GARNISH: Orange Peel
Method:
- Add 3 dashes Angostura bitters to your glass
- Drop in a barspoon of honey (or 25ml honey syrup)
- Stir until honey submits and dissolves
- Pour in Tinner Bros Toffee Nut Whisky
- Add one massive ice cube
- Stir until properly chilled
- Express orange peel over the drink
- Garnish with the peel or eat it. Your call.
