Cornish Cherry Bakewell Whisky Sour

Ingredients:
- 50ML Tinner Bros Wild Cherry Whisky Liqueur
- 2TSP Cornish Jam Co. Cherry Bakewell Jam
- 25ML fresh lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- GARNISH fresh cherry
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake (no ice) for 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice and shake hard for another 10–15 seconds.
- Double strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with a cherry.
